There is no cancellation option for the users after payment is made.
In case of a duplicate payment due to any technical error, the parent/student may kindly approach the Admin or Accounts Department with proof of the transaction reference or a copy of the bank statement for a refund. However, in case more than one form is purchased for the same child, no refund will be processed.
Refund will be processed within 10-15 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on the issuing bank.
